What launcher are you talking about here? You shouldn't use the launcher.exe to start WoW on a private server, but the wow.exe directly.

Your recipe will work in patch 1.9 - just not now.

It is not available before patch 1.9. Unfortunately the recipees was available. on nostalrius by error, so you see an error message when you try to make them.

This is responsibile for redirecting you to the gameserver itself after successfull login. Check the two settings beginning with SET realmList and SET realmName - they should both look like the ones below: SET realmList "logon.elysium-project.org" SET realmName "Nostalrius PvP" If they are different, then correct them or insert them if they don't. There are around 50 lines in total in random order, so it doesn't mean anything where you put them.

Addons modifying the .toc file can only be updated by a full relog (i.e. new addons or addons updating the persisted variables). If you are afraid of being put back into the login queue, then fear not. There is a 3-minute grace period, so as long you exit game and log back in within 3 minutes, then you won't be put into the login queue.

You need to know the account name and the password OR the account email. Without the account name nothing can be done - Elysium does not have acces to the old Nost database, only by using tokens, which you generate from your account name.

06.04 was the day nostalrius announced closure, which means your mount was looted after the database backup was taken. This sucks, but you are out of luck - mount will not be restored :-( Also: your screenshot is from 14:22, i believe the announcement was made at 13 - however, I am not sure about that and Nostalrius' site is down so cannot verify this. Bottom lie is you looted after the backup was taken :-(

Try and abandon and take the quest again.

It still sounds like your realm list is set wrong (pointing to a wrong private server). On Elysium there should be 5 servers (on top of my head) : QA Realm 1.5 QA Realm 1.8 QA Realm 1.9 Nostalrius PvE Nostalrius PvP The realms you are mentioning have very different names, so it looks like you connected to another private server. If I misunderstood you (I probably did), then Apply the changes to the Config.WTF file again, and when the client assigns you to a realm (realm suggestion), you must press CANCEL. This will bring you to the realm list above.

Character restortion is unfortunately not possible - be careful what you do and read the warning popup before pressing OK.

Post in the Ban Appeals section and remove the contents of this post - you basically gave all your account info away for free now.

Be more specific: What happens? Do you get to the character list? Do you DC in game? Are there any error messages?

Maybe because 200 others were asking the same question. Look, I know it must be frustrating being banned without knowing why, but you are not a special snowflake and there are hundres of others with same problem. You will just have to wait it out :-( However, I do highly agree that the communication from the GM's should have been better (was there any at all?)
