You can't change password directly from the Web, but if you Logout and then select "Forgot password" you get an email with password reset instructions - and there you can enter a new password.

Ok, so you got past the character list - then its definately not the config.wtf problem you have :-(

Try this - it worked for another guy yesterday with same problem: Open the config.wtf file, located under the WTF folder Search for the line beginning with SET realmName ... Make sure the value is here either "Nostalrius PvE" or "Nostalrius PvP" - not "QA Server" or someting alike. If the line does not exist, insert it manually: SET realmName "Nostalrius PvP" Log in. If Elysium suggests a realm (e.g. "QA Server"), press CANCEL, and you will get to the normal realm selection screen

Can you post the CSS and put up a noob guide for us non-techies? (Well, I should'nt call muself a non-techie; I've been working with SQL, C#, C/C++ and other backend stuff almost 20 years - but browsers isn't my speciality ;-)

Do you see your character list, or are you disconnecting before that?

Can't you use <TAB> to get to the next input fields or buttons?

The policy as of now is that GM's does not restore any lost gold or items - this is stated very clearly in their rules. A lot of people have been hacked lately, and the rules might change - but currently the only answer is No restoration possible.

It sounds like you are not on the Defias Brother quest (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?quest=142 If indeed you are on that quest, try and re-take the quest and kill him.

For now, you dont get your things back. Current policy is that GM's does not restore anything. What you should do now is change your password immediately, as you could have been hacked and stripped for gold.

The procedure is to post a ban appeal in the sub-forum "Ban Appeals", including a character and realm name. GM's are pretty busy for the moment, and there is a queue.

Click the link in the lower left corner (it says "Language" in Russian I guess) - here you can select between RU and EN/US. Also click the 2nd link after changing language ("Theme") if the black and gray look disturbs your eyes :-)

On Nostalrius' we had a country lock. This gave some kind of protection against foreign hackers. Why is this not implemented here?

Write a character and realm name if you want any help - GM's can't read your mind! And use the correct forum: Ban Appeals ;-) Aah, now I have to read again: you are hacked but not banned (yet). Change your password by logging out and click "Forgot password". Note that GM's does not restore lost items or gold.
