Don't get your hopes too high; but if you want this solved, then post a bug report in the bug tracker. Remember the devs might not have a Mac to test this, so you will have to provide exact details - core dumps, stack traces or whatever you have. "It doesnt work" won't help the devs much ;-)

Never ever post your account name; this is half the information needed to hack your account you just wrote in public for all to see. Also, bans must be written in the sub-forum "Ban appeals", even I guess this is not an appeal but maybe more a request for information. Good luck getting the account back (and remove that account name now!)

This is an error deep down in the communication protocol in the core, and exists on all private servers; even those servers running on trinity (and not Mangos, as Nostalrius). While it may be possible, it is probably a though one to solve since no one has yet fixed the problem. And I guess there are more urgent issues than this one since only a small minority is actually using Macs.

No need to bump posts; they are read in creation order, not last update (bumped) order. But I can confirm the web server is incredible unstable; like every second request gives a 504 error.

In order to recover your account you MUST know your username and either your password or your email. Elysium does not have access to the Nostalrius' database, so they cannot "just lookup" your character for you.

Put your guild charter in your first bag and try again.

Out of interest: Where do you see that message? The official statement from Nostalrius' is they don't review old bans (and Elysium can't), so what you write sounds contradictionary to that.

It looks like the data was from after the announcement was made, and thereby also after the backup was done. The administration has clearly set that items etc aquired after the announcement will not be recovered. If I am wrong, you should post some more evidence with dates from before april 2016.

What Aawy says. I think this is the only way Nostalrius' can force a name change, and although the given textual message is not good, it is at least working.

I can confirm that. Had 0/20 hats and quest complete. At first he would not accept he handing in the quest (despite of the yellow question mark), but after dropping and retaking the quest I could hand it in fine. With 0 hats collected ... To compensat for that, I went to the pirate area and wiped a few times :-/

Edit your WTF file. Find the line saying something like SET realmname="QA Server", and change that to SET realmname="Nostalrius PvP", then try again.
