Its not patch 1.12. The client is patch 1.12 though, server isnt. You are welcome to find a fun-server suiting your needs, but this isn't the place ;-)

It is currently not supported by the core, but Nostalrius' mentioned they would like to implement it shortly before servers were shut down. Elysium has not yet mentioned this (as far I know at least), but it will require lots of core development, and I think Elysium have more than enough tasks going on for the moment to think cross-server BG's will be realistic in the near future. Also, servers are running different patches - before doing cross-server BG's, all servers should be at equal patch.

People duo'ed Onyxia in retail vanilla, I guess you could 20-man Onyxia in tier-1 gear if you wanted.

Imagine they restored your gear. You would be a happy man - but it would open up for massive abuse: People would "get hacked" and just sell their stuff, send the gold to their secret account and get new fresh gear for free. GM's are doing this voluntary; they have a huge ticket queue already. How should they ever get time to investigate each hacked account, check for abuse or restore gear? Therefore they do not restore anything - it is directly written in the rules, which you should have readen before creating an account. The good news (for you) is the account is "only" hacked - not banned. You can relatively easy obtain new gear and continue from where you left.

What prevents you from continuing playing? Yes, you need to gather some gear again, but after that? Just remember to secure your account this time.

Realm transfers are not implemented, so your only option is to either stay or reroll on your wanted server.

Every change of client files is potentially bannable, so yes: you can be banned.

You gain 15% of your total XP every day (=3 bars) up to 10 days ahead. The server is bugged so the XP rate is apparently twice as fast (unconfirmed though). So logging out for a 24-hour period should indeed give you 3 bars of rested XP - are you not getting that? If not, then post a bug report on the bug tracker, including your character name and realm plus exact steps you did (when did you enter the Inn, when did you log back in etc.)

We haven't seen the bug, so we can't report it. However, OP can report it in the bug tracker instead of whining. Reporting bugs is done on the bug tracker - not the boards.

The rested XP only counts for kills, not quests, so what bonus are you talking about here?

The possibility of transfering characters from Nostalrius ended 2 months ago. I thought they removed it from the Web also - at least the should have done that.

Multiboxing is not allowed - keybindings or not. But I don't think this is the intention - he just want to play the game on the secondary monitor, while keeping the primary monitor free.

GM's don't restore lost items except for special cases such as Onyxias necklage. But since you can obtain your quest item again, there is no chance the GM's will restore it for you here, sorry.
