Only the characters not already imported to Elysium. My 60's from Nostalrius are here - safe and sound.

You can get an addon for that.

No - server transfers are not supported. And never from PvE to PvP. PvE is much easier to level up than on PvP - it would not be fair to those who already levelled up on the PvP server.

If you want any realistic help, then at least show the error you get. Either with a picture, or type the exact error message.
