well i came into this thread because i was having the same problem. not rerolling yet again because of Elysium's f ups. i'm done

i'll believe it when i see it. everything that elysium has said was supposed to work, hasn't thus far. i haven't been able to play my char for over a month because it disappeared and elysium's poor methods of communicating what's happening isn't helping

no. elysium was hacked and accounts were lost. elysium claimed they were able to get them back with a character restoration but that turned out to be false for most people and thousands of accounts' characters have been deleted. mine included and i'm pissed. your account is lost you'll have to start over if you want to bother with it and don't bother asking Elysium about your account, they won't answer

no, it doesnt matter. i jus wanted to throw it out there cuz i'm bored and for the sake of conversation. also it could potentially hurt Ely when making payments in the future if the host wants to get serious about it, so that kinda matters.

isn't knowingly charging back a transaction a crime? like a bounced check? i guess that's only relevant in the united states tho

authentication problem still exists. went to swap characters, dc'd now stuck at authentication

same. i jus stayed logged out about 30min and was able to res. I think the game is just lagging really hard. all the npcs are missing and my pet doesn't follow me
