Requirements: - 80%+ attendance raiding 7:30-11pm AEST (11:30am ServerTime) Monday/Thursday - You must bring consumables to maximize your classes potential. - Research your class, Pre Raid BiS - Be a team player - Have thick skin, you will be critiqued, it won't be personal and we will strive to be positive in our methods. - Be kind and helpful. I don't care how important your role may be. - Don't cry over loot, you will get your gear in time. - Have a great time and enjoy the fun! Raiding requirements: ability to show effort to get Pre raid BiS and to perform/Show on a weekly Basis, guild uses SWstats/RaidStats to track DPS/Heals/Threat and to judge ranks of players and how they fit, so dont be shy go all out . Guild uses a Mixture of DKP/LootCouncil to judge Loot options, in our eyes the fairest way to distribute loot to hard working individuals, and raid attendance. Raid times: Raid times are not 100% yet but most likely fall under 7:30pm AEDT - 11-AEDT Mondays / Thursday (Maybe exceptions to Weekend raiding depending on polls).
