Yes, anything that is a bug needs to be posted in the bug-tracker. They cannot fix it without it going through the bug-tracker. Please post there, and give them a bit of time to administer a fix :D

Well, give the GMs some time to investigate. It may have been a fluke that it happened, but as far as loot goes, I dont speak for the GMs but I would probably venture to say that you wouldn't receive any back... Since this is killable every week. But again I dont make those decisions. Sorry :(

I would try a different email then. Elysium emails are known to Email Providers as SPAM and SCAM mailings. So its probably auto removed before it gets to you.

You can expect at least 7 days depending on what the charge is. Keep in mind they have records they will sift through to help determine if it was a warranted ban or not. If it was a false positive you will more than likely get it undone, but just give it time. And to answer your question on banning inactive accounts... Im sure that isnt the case. 6 weeks ago + we had a big crack done on trafficking golds and other TOU violations... they could be just trying to figure yours out since its been so long.

Well, I believe JakiraElysium is looking into this situation from Reddit. I did notice you posted in the reddit threat as well I think. So others people are speculating possible packet tampering on the trader's end, but not going to confirm that. Put a ticket up and also let them know you have had the same issue.

Generally, the use of multiple characters at once to play the game normally requires you to utilize third party programs that are otherwise not allowed in the game. You also skew tables in your favor when it comes to PvP combat as you are controlling the actions of two players at a single moment when the opposing character has a normal limit of 1 thus defeating the purpose of PVP combat as you break the skill vs skill barrier in favor of Skill vs Amount of players involved. On a pve standpoint, its similar. You can kill mobs nearly 2-3x faster than even the quickest classes, you gain access to other spells and abilities you wouldnt have if you had played a single character, and thus also cause economic strain in a pve context. Its not that its inherently wrong, its just it creates an unfair advantage versus other players who play the game 100% the way it was meant to be played, with 1 character at 1 time.

It would be much appreciated. @plutonakos Were they missing from the trade window completely, or did you see them in the window but after hitting trade they didnt show up in your inventory. It sounds a lot like someone took your gold. I looked around online with Reddit, and other users are experiencing the same issues with certain people. They are investigating it. Good luck! :D

IS it not procing when you solo? Or is this in group? Try to kill a mob, and watch your actual spirit stat and see if it increases. Might be graphical? Get back to us :)
