Title pretty much says it all. I was just relocated by my landlord due to mold and water leaks in our building here in Hong Kong. I am not logging into my account because I've heard your staff has been flagging ip changes for bans. I spoke to SNOW on the discord and he told me if I ever had an issue like this since our landlords change stuff a lot on us to contact him but I can't seem to message Him anymore. How do I go about keeping my account from being flagged? I'm still using g the same computer, same Mac address, same computer I'd Information but different home...and ip Internet provider. Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi, you are my only hope!

Im going to take a stab at this and say no.... UNLESS You kept all documentation and communication scripts between yourself and Nost... I do hope it gets resolved as I know a few friends who were in that innocent wave too

I live abroad, and travel home every so often. Before Nost shut down I was primarily playing in the US, the account of course was created here in Hong Kong. But, I have now returned back to Hong Kong and my IPs change. It is me of course playing with the same PC / Mac address / Identity of PC but I travel. How will this affect me and my account for gameplay? Is there something I need to do to notify Admins about this account if I move ? How do I avoid being banned? These are questions and big issues that have yet to be addressed for the Expat community.
