Lets remain civil here guys... The Herb spawns are on normal timers... Yes, there is 3-4k people playing, Yes, people are stocking up as well, Yes, the price hike is happening... There could be factors that are pushing this... Anathema (AQ War Effort) seeing MORE people out farming for turn ins Spawn timers are back to normal now that the initial 3 month period of new life has worn off and people left the game other unsaid factors... We have to remember that if something is wrong, we can always post in the bug reporting section and have it looked into.

I dont want to argue with you, as I really (just like others want to help) but in response to that, you didnt tell us you had 240HZ monitor setup. You are correct that you did indeed quote gxRefresh "240" line but that doesnt tell us what you are running. If your using 60HZ monitor / 120 HZ ect ect this stuff aids us in guiding you in a proper path to a solution that benefits you. Just know that you came here for us and devs to help you, and all we wish to do is just that. I am glad you found what was limiting your system's refresh / FPS lock... Good luck ^_^

Personally, I wouldnt let 1 bad response shy you away from the server. You legit got scammed. They have new GMs, and some vets as well. Just like previous blizzard days... resub a ticket. You cannot give up. But, words of wisdom to anyone who is after Devilsaur.... There is a mafia running this particular item group... Use caution when asking for services regarding these items...

I dont think he was replying with irrelevant information. Your original posting did not include this information, only that you said you need and see 240... As for the game feeling unplayable at 60, I guess that would be personal preferences as the game originally was generally played at 40 as a median back in the day roughly. As for Vsync they are correct in that this could also limit FPS. He was mearly just asking in an effort to aid. On a side note, heres the ingame command for the FPS change... try it if you havent yet.

You can also submit an ingame ticket to the GMs who can look into this more directly since they are logged into the game server. Be sure to include names, guild memberships, and also if you wish to submit evidences here SS / video is a great means of evidences. Hopefully they are taken care of promptly.

Thank you to the Project Managers for the upkeep of one of the best Vanilla projects in the past 10 years. The transparency as many have been claiming is all here in my opinion, and it is nice to see we are back on track with the original plans as well as everything running smoothly (Anathema aside at this moment) as it should be. Which server, it depends on the patch if I am not mistaken... I know you can get the molt from Frenzied Black Drake <Cyrus's Minion> in Burning Steppes....

I may be going off on a limb here, but I cant seem to find any information on this at the moment after looking around the databases. Anyone can correct me if I am wrong, but I think these were added into the game as part of the updated Argent Dawn patch 1.11 that redid Argent Dawn for NAXX rep. I could be mistaken which would very much make sense here. But, if you are able to get the quests and it is true that means that quest shouldnt be available right now... or if no... the item is missing entirely. Id put a bug tracker report on it to be safe, see if anyone else has found anything related to this issue and ask around as well.

The spawn rates have decreased since the influx of people that hit the server have vanished. Dynamic has been reduced back to normal which puts Dreamfoil in Azshara back to the normal 30-45 min Respawn timer roughly per node... There are a few that are 3 min spawns but thats about 3-5 of them. Honestly, When i herbed Azshara, I did 3-5 rounds and stopped for 2 hours and came back. Also, I moved on to Winterspring / Ungoro for nodes as well. Its kind of hit and miss.

Anthema has been experiencing issues as of late, are you still experiencing issues? Whitekidney had made a post in Discord about the problems, "Apologize for the short warning, Anathema was throwing some nasty SQL errors so I had to shut it down to prevent damage to the database. The server will be back up in a few minutes."

Also, a side note to add to this... You can often get this error if you are Using a different time than what google has set for your current position. To remedy this, you need to go to the 3 dots in the top right corner, select sync, and it will resync your authentication time to google time... however, you will have to do this daily if your IP changes daily like mine does. :D

I did a little more digging into this quest... It seems it was added in Patch 1.11.1.10772... So we have a long time to go before its available to you. Sorry :(

That is a different thing all together than a actual fail. I believe that is a known issue, just not an important one.

Im against it because ive personally seen people abuse the Master Looting situation when something else has dropped that they also wanted. Honestly, I have nothing against people who do it. Its like those people who smoke weed and what not... they arent bad people... its the ones that do the wrong stuff that ruin it for others. I also, never, never, never pay for something before i get it...

Yes, also smokeit does point out that no-skill up is definitely possible. You can go 10+ skins before you get 1 point, same for herbing and mining.

Another side note is to NOT, and I repeat NOT go to any runs in dungeons where you are asked the following... Pay (insert gold amount here) for (insert item name here) Go to runs where (insert item name here) is reserved Master loot is used (exception of guild raids of course but thats you trusting others too) When it comes to professions... The BEST absolute thing you can do is the following <crafter>: I can craft your item <you> okay the mats are what? <Crafter> this this this and this <you> okay I am giving you this this and this and you are crafting this for me, right? <crafter> yes, you will get this Ensure you document in chat the things that are being taken and given back. I saw on a forum post just last week where this was recommended by a CM. Always get it in chat, then you can SS it if its not followed through with. And.....as Duks said.... be weary of those you trust easily.

You can always check spawn timers on http://db.vanillagaming.org/ AoWOW... They are very close to spot on, minus the areas that get Dynamic activated. You missed the initial use of Dynamic Respawn with the massive population at the start of the servers. Unfortunately you are the mercy of Blizzards genius designs now. The best thing I can offer in terms of help is move on to another quest objective and move back and forth... Its all we can do at this point.

Do you have the ability to record such bugs? A possible recording showing this could maybe (and I use that lightly) get someone to investigate it. However, my rogue is a skinner and I have not had this issue at all. I was skinning orange last night in Un'goro for 4 hours. But if you can fraps maybe 1 min of it, and show us that would help support your claim. I would also open a ticket up with the evidence in bug tracker. :D

In regards to your second question... As Ret / Prot arent very viable end-game you may be interested in Rogue / Warrior if youre into the DPS scene. As there are indeed fewer buttons that doesnt really mean much. The buttons we have all get used at some point. Until WOTLK id say maybe an addition 10 got added so its not a very huge difference. As far as interesting class... its really a personal thing. Do you like to DPS? Heal? Tank? If you are into tanking Warrior is the way to go. Healing you get 3 options with Priest - Druid - Paladin (which i hear are heal gods), as far as DPS all servers lack warlocks... We always lock Healers/ Tanks and Locks for some reason, and I just heard mages are low as well sometimes. Give them a try!

This server has roughly a 30 Minute respawn timer on the chicken itself. That is IF it went the entire length of the course without dying... IF it died it should respawn between 10-15 min or so.

With you being mid lvl, I would just recommend rerolling. I know its unsavory to even have come out of the mouth, but as Emptora pointed out, you are a full year's worth of patches ahead of Elysium. The best you could do is keep working hard at it, or move to another that you wish to start on. All the best of luck to you :D
