Can anyone confirm what the new "minimum" level is for using Trade Chat and whispers? It was Level 5 on Nostalrius Begins, but on Elysium Nostalrius the level requirement seems to have been changed a few times (to combat gold-seller spam). Currently, the level requirement is higher than Level 7 -- anybody know what the current level is?
