So I recently got Qiraji Bulwark and it got me thinking when and if I would use my Elementium Bulwark. I compared the block values and determined I would put a shield spike on Elementium for when I need more threat and run with either 2% block or stam on the Qiraji for heavy tanking. Im a bit of a pack rat so I was going through my bank just now and realized Aegis of the Blood God has 77 block! Does this not make it the defacto best TPS shield for big dick shield slams? This discussion is only for TPS, I dont care about any defensive or health values. Shield Slam damage = 342-358 + total block value 1:1? Elementium Reinforced Bulwark - 73 block (54 block + 19) Blessed Qiraji Bulwark - 70 block (55 block + 15) Aegis of the Blood God - 77 block (47 block + 30)

With the new AQ enchants becoming available has anyone done that math on this? Im currently Impale spec and wondering how 15 agi stacks up against a raw 2% threat increase. To mess around I put 2% threat on my T2 gloves just now. I replaced +3 def and now im at 339 for my "def cap" set. Debating if I should do 15 agi or another 2% threat for my T1 gloves that I use when im aiming for hit cap.

In Battle Stance and Berserker Stance, all threat from a Warrior is multiplied by 80%. In defensive stance, the multiplier is 130%. With Defiance, it is 145%. Source - Kenco's research on threat

Her knockback is called a wing buffet I believe. On the old Nost server you could interrupt it with melee if you predicted when it was coming. It used to have like a half second cast time. I don't believe you can interrupt it on Anathema currently. My bigwigs also no longer shows the cast bar like it used to.

I have seen a fury warrior with Ironfoe and Felstriker be top 5 dps in BWL. He was competing against CTS rogues and near-bis fury warriors. It is definitely viable with full world buffs. Just like with Ironfoe it starts to fall off with lesser gear/buffs.

To clarify, Giving Thunderfury to anyone but a tank is a meme. There were tanks that used it throughout TBC. It's not as bad as people make it sound as fury since you have a natural threat reduction in fury stance. But I believe there are better offhand weapons later in Vanilla for both rogue and warrior.

They recently patched Thunderfury to be Main Hand only (Anathema). I believe it goes back to being a off hand option sometime around Naxx.
