I would make a big arena only for alliance/horde without faction interaction just next to the battlemaster in IF/Org to be able to duel 10 meter away from taking the queue.

Either he should get skill/gear or delay his stream 10 minutes. Then its harder to streamsnipe. If you need the attention from streams, prepare for PvP!

It takes quite some criminal energy to get in league with gold sellers. Maybe I've become quite oldschool over the years, but I have zero patience with gold buyers and other cheating people. The approach of immediate ban and rebanning by reading out the hardware which they did with Overwatch is the right approached. People act way too entitled in games because: "Muh, its just a game." And no, its not just a mistake to buy gold. You know what you are doing and you should get the punishment for it. It's not like they did something funny that was bannable at the same time like Dalrods Rod of Transformation that makes your character look like your acutal character while stillt being in catform. For me mistake would if somebody gets gold from a shady source for free (he actually didnt buy the gold but it still was in his mailbox) and just takes it without consideration. They dont pop you out of stealth anymore as soon as they spot and attack you. They improved the script on that. Now they first sense you and look at you when stealthed. Getting too close they run at you. You now have the chance to get Cheap Shot out before they unstealth you.

I dont know what your definition of twinking is. Twinking in WoW is to acquire the best gear possible with the best enchants possible for said level. A normal lvl 19 character has mostly whites, many empty slots and MAYBE some greens. PvP twinks are meant to be played in contested zones you explored beforehand and in BGs. No, you wont run dungeons anymore. Same goes for retardins not DPSing after getting 60 and elementals will always be behind mages. Deal with this iteration of the game and start play on Kronos as there is a .xpstop. 90% of the people abandoned Kronos because they didn't like the funserver configurations on Kronos like 5g respec or .xpstop. Just stop complaining here, because you KNEW beforehand that Nostalrius is going for the most blizzlike experience and NOT for funserver configurations. It's like you vote for Hillary Clinton and you are suprised that she tries to get more democrats into congress. It will not happen as Nostalrius doens't want funserver options on this server.

I will actually answer you with my opinion regarding levelstop. I think, it's part of the process of making a twink to plan ahead. You need to plan ahead, sort things out and playing the character itself isn't the biggest part. Therefore if you make a character for lvl 19 you need to calculate whether it's best to start exploring zones at level 10 or level 15; when will you die less and it's less of a hassle. It's all part of the experience. And if you would make it truly blizzlike from other expansions with levelstop, it could backfire because now all twinks will be in a different queue than normal leveling characters without .xpstop and every once in a blue moon a BG will open for these stacked twinks only fighting prems. I rather want to be in the same BG as all the nontwinked characters.
