People who couldnt play or got to lvl 10max, might consider moving. Im one of them. 

This is why im saying a POLL would be good, since we can organize population BEFORE people spend hours on their characters. You  can wait in queue for 30 minutes everry single time you want to log on OR MOVE to fresh server and use those 30 minutes to lvl. Its worth to move IMO.

fresh2 would work with this:

 

possible chartransfer within the first week of the launch from Fresh 1 to 2... thats it.. solves your problem

the thing is.. i dont think elysium is using dynamic spawnrates.. so they have to be that fast at launching of the server.
