This game has been designed for 2500 players and Zeth'Kur doubles that constantly. Sure, off-speak you do see the 2.5k-3k, but that is an overpopulated Vanilla server. More players equals more ganking, massive lag and queues. Stop selling the idea that an overpopulated server is the best thing ever!

Even if this guy is, this is normal behaviour from someone who started the game in the later expansions. They take for granted what for us is an extra.

I expected Vanilla to follow natural progression and that TBC servers would only be a thing in 1/2 years, but now that it was officially mentioned, I expect it to come some time soon. Perhaps when people start getting bored and want a new toy to play with.

Anything above 2.5k players is a highly satisfying Vanilla experience.

DM has always been Deadmines. At least on all the retail EU servers I've played on. The fact that some people call it VC is hilarious.

I generated my token, which said the transfer was successful but then my new account had no characters in it. I won't cry too much about it, but it is true that my confidence in Elysium will never be the same, even if they claim that Nostalrius is at fault here.

Latest communication from Nostalrius explains it all. The reason why this transfer failed for so many of us was because Nostalrius didn't want it to be a success.

The current Nostalrius team have been nothing but a huge let down. Their announcement seems to be have been written by Blizzard themselves. Elysium is the last hope for the WoW legacy community. If Elysium fails, legacy WoW can be buried for good.

I gave up on this and will start fresh on the new server. It's a shame, but I've decided to move on.

I'll second this. All my Nostalrius PVE and PVP characters are gone and it seems like my wait has been in vain. I'll wait for the new servers and start fresh.

I haven't played this game as I keep hoping for this to be resolved, so that I can use my Nostalrius characters, but I'm starting to lose hope now - especially with the focus on the new realms.

Any ETA for this to be resolved?

I've been waiting for a couple of days now, but still empty account - even though I got the confirmation that it had been done successfully. Frustrating to have no communication in spite of so many reported issues.
