We're not talking about a lvl 20 or 30, this was a level 60 with a lot of time invested into it. Time getting 60, grinding Dungeons for gear and attunements, plus all the countless hours ranking...All they can say is Sorry you shouldn't have gotten hacked.

So basically they can't be bothered to do anything? If I can't get my character back because of negligence from these clowns I am done fuck private servers.

I didn't share account and I use a complex password that is a mix of capital lower case letters, numbers and symbols. Same type of password that meets requirements of financial institutions and corporate employers. also why wouldnt they restore the character? What kind of joke server is this? So much for Blizzlike server.

It's been 48 hours and no response to my in-game ticket. It's saying it will be serviced soon since 24 hours ago. What the heck Elysium?!

I'd like to add that, last week I had farmed about 556k honor, so after reset this week I made it to rank 9. I log off for a bit then log back in and it says I only have 133k for last week and rank 8. I log off, come back on an hour later and my character is gone. This is something clearly messed up with your server.

Character was made here. Just need a GM to look at the logs and check IPs, verify it was a hack. I doubt it but it looks like it. I just want to know what happened.

Put in a ticket about 6 hours ago. Still no response.

First let me say that I was not hacked, and I've never purchased gold. I went to log into my character Treize level 60 mage on Elysium only to find that it was gone from the character screen. My other characters on Anathema are fine and have no missing gold or items. Can a GM look up what the heck actually happened to my character?

I'll be rerolling on the new server Alliance side, and I'd like to find like-minded folks to play with. Goal would be to form a strong group of PvPers and grind rank. My experience on the private server scene is not extensive, I basically leveled to 60 on Nost just before shutdown, but I've been playing WoW since 05; I achieved Field Marshal on a mage, as well as Gladiator in multiple seasons of TBC, WoTLK and Cata. I have also achieved 2500 in RBGs as a mage and paladin. So definitely not new to WoW PVP. I apologize if this is not the right place for this post, if so please move or delete :( Anyways, PM or post here and let's exchange contact info. Looking forward to starting a brand new journey on Elysium PVP :D PS. I'm on US EST, will be going Alliance and roll either priest/lock or mage. Haven't decided yet.
