Multiple reasons. It would take alot of time and work for the elysium stuff to find and confirm everything you had. Second, with the amount of stupid people not protecting their accounts and getting hacked, every server would've been flooded tons of items and gold because the hacker got the items and gold AND you are getting the same stuff magically back into the world; duplicating items n gold.

Just a random question, does this mean someone can look at lets say naxxramas or aq scripting, fix stuff, send it to Elysium (or anywhere) for use? If so, doesn't that also mean people can sneak some backdoors in the code?

Calm your tits, shit is delayed due to recent happenings, they are working on it. If you really want to help speed this up, either: A. Help them with coding. Are you a coder? Join their team, go work hours upon hours so you can finish coding AQ. B. Buy a coder for Elysium, bet if you pay a guy €100.000 to code AQ for you -> for elysium, he will do it. C. Give Elysium a good working core you or someone made with fully functional AQ If you can't do any of these options, grab some vaseline, rub it on your chest, calm them tits.
