The development will take years, 5 years the shortest I am guessing, there are currently no actual true blizzlike tbc servers, as in, all 1-60 and 60-70 content perfectly working blizzlike as it were in the tbc patches. Most are 60-70 content working quite good, but 1-60 content is usually skipped and a bitch to code for tbc.
