Does anyone have a good link to common useful mage macros? I noticed a lack of guides and information on the Mage forums thus far so thought might be worth asking and compiling a list of them so we can create a pinned topic for others to use.

This quest in STV if you have agro and jump off the ship the mobs path through the boat or jump down instead of running down the ramp and around like they should.

Because the sets as a whole are not better then most of the individual pieces for min maxing for your spec and role.

Since we will have 7-8 months of MC/Ony rolling an alt for me will be a no brainer. My questions is if I want to play PvP healer what are some of the pros and cons of druid, priest and paladin? Druids arguably are essential for flag running in WSG however I think priests and paladins bring a lot of utility. Your thoughts?

Sweet thanks for the responses! I have noticed a lack of Druids in my guild and on the server in general. I like the fact that they can do everything. Taking all specs into account I think I will either go Druid or Priest.

@Athene I love this addon even still use it on retail. My question is I cannot get the default exp text to go away. I may be working with an outdated version and I should probably try that before posting here but I was wondering if this is an issue with your version as well?

I am not familiar enough with specific patches and what is and is not included. But you find the quest on wow head it states what patch it was included. It loos to be a 1.11 patch quest so not quite out yet on the fresh servers. i use this and it will show values for any item whether it is a quest reward or in your inventory.

For instance in SW the portal trainer is at the back of the tower by the waygate that doesn't work and in IF the portal trainer is just below the back stairs.

Gamb, A fix for this is also using a mouseover macro for sheep so you do not have to drop your main target. replace the rank X with current rank of polymorph. All you have to do is then just place your cursor over the non-targeted mob and it will cast the spell without dropping the target you want to damage. You may need to download the addon supermacro in order for the macro to work but you can test without. I am currently using MSBT and I cannot get the default blizzard exp floating text to go away and/or locate in Mik's where it might be. If anyone has a script to remove it that would be awesome or able to help me figure it out within MSBT.

Awesome that is sweet 1 button buff! Keep them coming guys. Vanilla macros were a whole different beast compared to retail I do not even know where to begin lol.

Does anyone know of any addons that allow you to add notes to people on your friend list so you can write what and where you know them from? Any suggestions and links would be awesome!
