No, but I believe they would tell us if they switched cores. I don't see the point not doing it. Yes the patch messed up things, and might have fixed a few... but that's nothing unusual with patches. I think they're doing the best they can with the resources they have. Having staff abandoning ship as we see happening doesn't make their job/hobby easier. But their communication with us players could really improve, yes. And we wouldn't have to speculate what's going on. And on topic, I think there was on official statement about the PvP upgrade.
