The target cast bar should be under the target frame by default. Maybe try resetting the whole shebang.

If you got them from github remove "-master" from the folder name. Make sure folder and the toc file inside have the same name.

If there's "-master" in the end of the folder name you need to remove that. Folder must have the same name as the .toc file inside.
