The GM's dont see it as a bug or exploit when it clearly feels like it.

Most of us here on Elysium would like a blizzlike experience and not blizzlike raids. Releasing Naxx as it was on retail will be a disappointment when the first guilds clear KT on the day of release.

This is the spec im running right now and it kicks ass: http://db.vanillagaming.org/?talent#oZExMzd0ubMNG0o0th Improved Cone of Cold +35% damage is better then 6% fire damage from Fire Power in most situations except if you stand in the back launching fireballs. I prefer maxing Frostbite over Iceshards because its all about crit. I try to stack crit as much as possible with gear and talents because Ignite is insane. Burning soul is debatable but I prefer it because landing a few scorch casts while fighting hunters always helps.

What is the spawn time for rare elites on this server? Also, how long does it take for a rare elite corpse to disappear? I noticed that some last for hours.

Good decision. Respec costs at 25g is perfect, making it 50g total to switch back and forth from pvp to pve. Playing this game in 2017 is already not blizzlike. In order to have your full 'blizzlike' experience you would have to go back to 2005 where the game was new and fresh.

Server transfers will happen in a month or two. Once there are plenty of 60's and current raid content cleared.

Server started with 5k cap. Then they started to gradually increase it to 10k.

By looking at the guild forums about half or so of all guilds are from North America, and at PST evenings the pvp server has around 7k population. There is no doubt that many NA players play here on Nost/Elysium. So my question is, what is your ping? I live west coast by seattle area and im getting around 160-170ms with DSL 50mb down/20mb up. Thinking to switch to a fiber ISP but I dont know if that will lower the ping. I can live with 160ms but if there is a way to drop by 20-30ms, why not try it. I've heard that some people in California are gettting low as 130ms. What do/did you do to get the lowest latency possible?

By looking at WoW's history, we see that the game started off with no battlegrounds and then were added in later patches. BG's need to be delayed so that world pvp is the only way to rank up. Blizzard released the pvp patch then for several months players had to go out into the world to get their pvp gear. This would make the world a more exciting place because players will be bloodthirsty for their ranks and are unavailable to unleash their honor farming on the battlefield for a short amount of time. The fresh timeline will not be revealed until next Sunday, but according to the official announcements the new server will have the exact same timeline as the other 2 realms.
