My hero went missing before the Elysium's announcement about changing my password. If I really knew, I would... Whatever, this sucks...

I'm ready to pay real money for my character. This is insane. I WANT ANSWERS AND MY HERO BACK! How much do I need to donate to get what is mine? WTF IS THIS?

Everytime you log off, an automatic saving of your character occurs, which means they do can restore it, without taking much difficulties. At least getting a charcater at 60 level is fine to me. I have payed my duties, you know. I can accept not having any single item, but to spend so much time to lvl up again, seriously...

Also, if there is an option to retrieve your stolen account, there should be an option to restore deleted ( from a hacker ) character. Otherwise it is totally illogical. It seems that it is better for your account to be stolen, than for your character to be deleted by a hacker. You can retrieve your account, but can't get your hero back. Wtf? Where is the logic?

My account security is fine enough. I have NEVER been a victim before, which leads me to the conclusion that someone else have leaked my personal information. Now, since that is the case, I want to get answers. Who, when, how. As I said, if Blizzard restore characters, can't see why Elysium would not. Expecially when the fault ain't mine. At least I in my right to get an answer from the staff. Once I lost my character for 8 months when Nostalrius was shut down, I WON 'T ACCEPT TO LOSE MY CHARACTER SECOND TIME, just because someone leaked my information!

Hey, people, what's the point of the forums, really? I shared my issue on 24th of december and still have no answer. Don't I deserve an answer at least? My character is missing and the fault, clearly, is not mine. I want to get an asnwer what happened. Who and when entered my account and did he delete my character. I have spent months and months lvling and gearing. If you think it is cool someone to fu ck up your hero and than no one from the staff to reply you, it is not. Even Blizzard restore characters! Not to mention THE FAULT ain't mine! I'm getting more and more frustrated. Please!

Hello! Couple of hours ago I was online and played with my 60 lvl Jubi rogue. Now I login and my hero is gone. My account is empty. What is wrong? Here's me on 24th of december -> how do i print screen I have never shared my account information.
