  2. On PvE realms you do not get auto flagged upon entering a enemy territory. Also, killing opposing factions npc's does not flag you either. It only flags you when you attack another player.

    Sorry to hear about your loss. Unfortunately, due to how the Terms of Use are there is very little which may be done in your case unless a senior staff member takes interests. Below you can find what the Terms of Use state in regards to restoration of gold,items, and characters. III. Character/Currency/Item restoration Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances. Game items such as experience, gold or equipment that you have lost through accident, very rare failure of the server, or otherwise, cannot be restored. There are two exceptions to this: Unique quest items or keys can be restored with sufficient evidence that the player had previously obtained them. Raid items with the rarity of Epic and above can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the conditions below a. Exact date of the raid; b. Video of complete encounter which also shows the raid ID, loot and complete list of raid members; c. Name of the player who received or should have received the item. Restoration of any item is always at the discretion of Elysium staff. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure.

  6. It is a lot of players from Nost PvE / PvP that went there honestly. The que will drop down over the next few days and weeks. What happened today was expected.

  9. Yeah, I figured as much. But, they didn't specify only mentioning the auth link from the email. Just wanted players to know account creating is working just fine since it wasn't specified which auth link they where talking about.

    This happened once before. And the staffs stance was that the players had to remake the guild. Since the staff wouldn't go turn someone else into the guild leader.

    Sorry to hear about your nephew deleting your character on Nost PvP. As when you made your account you agreed to the Terms of Use which clearly states that you are accountable for any and all actions done on your account. The Terms of Use also states that you may not purchase, sell, gift, share, lend or trade any account or offer to purchase, sell, gift share, lend of trade any account. Any such attempt will result in immediate account closure. As such be just thankful that you are not banned. Below are the quoted Terms of Use used in the above comment: B. Again sorry that your nephew did this. Next time I would recommend having a fresh account for them to play on while they are visiting so you are not breaking the Terms of Use.

    Sorry for your loss. Unfortunately, due to how the Terms of Use item restoration is at the discretion of the Elysium staff. And it needs to be of the two unique situations which are stated below. As for not knowing if the Nost DB has been compromised no one knows. Who knows it may be why the token service is down. I personally tell people to change their passwords once a month to better increase account security on private servers. With the new added authentication services being offered in the next day or so accounts will get a major boost in account security. III. You are not helping anyone with your bias comment. The help section is to provide help if you are just going to make snide remarks and not offer help stay out of the help section.

  15. Just created an account and got this so it is working. And yes I do make test accounts to make sure things are working when these types of posts show up :P Can you guys show us a screenshot of what it is saying? It would make things easier to understand.
