Not really a bug. This is something that is intended for unique items. Unique means that you can only have one. This means even if you place the item in your bank it will still be unique and only let you to have one in your inventory. The game considers your inventory to be bank + personal bag inventory.

Threatening a company never gets anything done. It's true those logs and a few other items are harder to get due to the population being so high. I even just abandoned the log collecting quest as I could gain the exp I was going to get from it by grinding the murlocs. The staff has in the past restored quest items other than that the gold is gone forever they wont give it back.

Move your zipped files to another folder and delete the ones in the folder. Who knows the zipped ones may be the cause of this.

You can make a ticket ingame under Stuck and a Gm will get to you in a timely manner.

If you are going to make a post about ninja looters then you should first state which realm it is. Also, you should learn to use http://imgur.com/ if you are wanting to upload pictures as it makes uploading the pics easy. Also, your post could use some better formatting if you wish to make your list an unofficial post. As for right now in my honest opinion its terrible.

Maybe you don't have a torrent program to download it? Magnet is whats used to make downloading torrents easier. Edit: Link works just fine with having a torrent download manager on your PC. Just find a torrent program of your choice and click the Mac download link again and it will prompt you to download.

The reason why a locked chest is looted right away is that the lock doesn't unlock. So a rogue will take it all and if the party did a /roll for the chest most of the time the rogue will give who ever won the loot from the chest.

There is little they can do in regards to restoring gear. As the staff have mentioned already. But, there are instances where they have restored quest only items like "Carrot on a stick" and a few other quest only items. Sorry to hear your account was hacked :(

We were not at the blizz like exp rate but it has been fixed. I was following my leveling path from back in vanilla and I have been under level every zone by 1-2 levels with the gm stating that there was less quest exp that explains why I have been under level in zones. I have no problem with grinding mobs I actually prefer it over questing as it is much faster.

There is little the staff can do in getting you the loot. Because, if they did it for you then every instance where this happens they would be asked to do the same. But, if this is a bug it would be ideally to place it in the Bug Reports.
