As per what the Terms of Use states: Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances. Sorry you lost your character due to it being deleted.

If you are planning to transfer either Nostalrius or Elysium characters to your new account, we advise you to use the same e-mail you used on your previous account. Sorry for your loss. But, unfortunately due to how the Terms of Use are written unless a staff member wants to do the restoration of your gold then it probably won't happen. III. Character/Currency/Item restoration Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances. Not blizzlike so not going to happen. Elysium project will not ever add custom npcs / races / abilities to the server. Their goal is to have as original blizz like servers as possible.

True, it's not that hard with the how tickets are handled. I just think a lot of players would utilize the thread more than tickets. And then tickets will have less player reports and more QA problems. Like being stuck, quest disappearing after abandoning it, and more. Just a thought seeing who thinks it might be a good idea and those who think it wouldn't be. I know you stated you where staff once so you have a little more inside information than us who have not been staff :D

Warlock all the way. Sure hunters can solo things better. But, warlocks have more utility as stated above. Warlocks are needed for raids as hunters well you only need a few in a raid but they only bring dps while warlocks bring the above stated benefits.
