Your group should have needed on the BoE blue too. You can't guarantee the person claiming they will use it for off spec or main spec will actually use it. Some just like those who would gladly ninja if everyone hit greed would also lie about their motives for expensive items. Don't expect the need before greed process to work with expensive items, everyone should just need them and if you want them then buy them. Everyone should know this by now, I wouldn't call it a ninja unless the person waited for everyone else to greed on the item first.

The suspected person is gone... the person we know abused his position and was rehired stepped down (bringing him back was sketchy... but they still had control over what he did). Alex was on a crusade, he wouldn't stop until he found something and most of what he said was conspiracies. He blackmailed staff with a $1000 donation it sounded like and damaged Elysium over much of which he didn't have hard proof... his state of mind was wack. This was not ninja looting, although if 4 others greeded before they hit need and used that same logic with you I would agree with you but they were not the only one to need roll. We asked for character xfers to the fresh server, they just said no multiple times and that's why Elysium has a queue time sometimes and the new one doesn't. While many guilds may have wanted to move, doing so may have split your guild in half after many leveling into their 20s wouldn't want to restart.

This is type of player I would personally invite to my groups just so I can ML and give his loot to a disenchanter in the group. Karma.
