I don't think transfers would solve anything right now. A bunch of people went to Elysium to live in a roach motel environment. For what reason? The DAD SERVER meme went too hard.

I'm sure their is benefits, me personally, in pvp. I don't like losing in situations due to server lag. It drives me nuts and makes the situation feel helpless. The worst experience is kicking a cast at 30-40% and they still get it off simply because they are 3 seconds ahead of you. I have played the "Pre-Interrupting" game before, and i don't enjoy preemptively kicking casts because i know my kick will be late if i wait for the cast. It also breeds in 3rd party kick bots, and bots to make you face a target instead of properly mouse turning. Both of which should be welcomed by fire and fury. TLDR; no pvp > complete shit pvp in my mind. I will just world pvp in PL or something.

Hello, I am collecting 39s BOE items for the sake of pushing a 39s bracket on TBC launch. My goal is to fund people, for a very low cost, or free even depending on what they are looking for. I have done this before on retail and it helps to kickstart a servers 39s community due to the actual cost of making a geared 39. Anathema has good population for Raiding during core hours, like 4 Ony pugs a week and 2 or so MCs. Guilds are always grabbing people for AQ 40 and BWL, and ZG and AQ 20s happen every day typically. No lag and everything is smooth. Sadly BGs don't pop as often as i would hope. They pop, but not really?

I have heard the BGs are so laggy at times that melee isn't even able to do anything unless the target is stunned. I am sure mages and warlocks have a good time.

I'm not sure why people all quit Anathema to re-roll on a server whos population resembles Beijing. I imagine the ranking system is impossible from the saturation of people. I would assume their is a plateau of people that is just a bunch of people half assing AV for 50 hours a week.

Any word on this? I have seen this happen in Winterspring and WPL, you can tell somthing is up because the Icecap and Arthas Tears aren't even up. Those things are vendor trash, no one even stops for them. I mentioned it in world chat to see if anyone else has a experience and i get met with "Other people pick herbs too hurrrrrrrrrrrrrrr". Glad to see i'm not the only one suffering with confusion.

I have a feeling they would merge Anathema with Elysium if that actually happened. Using money to host a server with 7 people doesn't sound like a great idea. From my own reading i got the Idea that Anathema(Vanilla/TBC) are going to block Proxies, pushing Chinese people onto Elysium(Vanilla/TBC) so there is a good chance they would put a window down for you to transfer to the other server for the sake of Chinese players and for the sake of people who want to avoid the Chinese players. Not that Chinese players are bad, just because their is a lot of Chinese players who don't really play for fun, they play for market. Expect precautions and planning that would allow you to pick between Anathema Vanilla or Elysium Vanilla when they are both in the static 1.12.1 state. Btw, for anyone who cares. Having a 6k average online pop isn't very favorable, especially for a Vanilla server. I have seen it hit 9k recently, thats insane. How can you even PVP or walk around a city? I bet raids get laggy too.

Transfers Is it a copy, or a transfer? Will i be able to keep my shaman here and bring it to TBC server? Can i transfer low levels like a 39 twink to the TBC realm, or is it going to be 60s only. Gold and Items, Gonna have the First Azerothian Bank of China transferring their, or are you going to be doing handwork on these transfers, and putting gold and item limitations and looking at the toons. You might be able to recruit some community members to do handwork on it. I would volunteer. Anathema is going to be kinda barren, and their will not be much point in having split servers. Are the Anathema toons headed to the world of Elysium PVP.

No value in that comment, "Muhh friends i know". I am unaware of Warsong or the other server you mentioned history. Doesn't sound like a terrible idea. The only thing is that two servers is harder to maintain than 1. Having a overflow server you cant transfer to that would be combined later on if needed would be a good plan.

I don't bother with improved STR/AGI totems for pvp tbh. Your gonna be tremor and grounding and earth bind, and WF for others. In PvE you take all improved dps totems tho. I can't check my specs I made on my phone, I might have messed up on one.

Possibly the 10-15k people who no longer play here would come back for TBC. Possibly the 17k people who wanted to get on Gummies Felmyst would come here. Possibly the people who are miserable on Warmane would come here. But yah, just a few hundred fringe people. Note in my OP where I said xfering to Elysium before pre-launch should be allowed. Making Anathema progressive might be good. Maybe letting it stop at 2.4.3 like Elysium PVP is gonna be stopping at 1.12.1. It looks like Benediction is gonna stop at 3.3.5. I wouldn't even mind being the Naxx test realm like we where the AQ 40/20 test realm if that was the case. Having a good BC server is better than anything. BC was the most balanced in terms of PVP and had the best raids for PVE. Almost all of the specs where functional and the raid comp setup was good. Arena had many usable comps and most healers worked well. Outlands was made with world PVP in mind unlike Vanilla or Wotlk.

So my perfect UI lets me bind my 3 stances specifically and all of my abilities are condensed. So this is my question, i want to see if this is possible with vanilla api. Lets say, hypothetically, I want a macro to do these types of things below when placed on a specific bind. I am aware that stances change main bars, but that isn't what im asking. i want my a key to press revenge if i am in defensive stance, heroic strike if i am in zerk or battle stance. I want my a key to hit rend if am in defensive stance, overpower if i am in battle stance, and slam if i am in zerk stance. Is this possible with vanilla api? I have a system like this on retail which has a much more open set of features. This thread isn't about why rend is awful or what abilities in what specs, i just want to know if its possible to make a macro that casts a different ability based on the stance i am in.

Your post is cancer. You are a rude, and wrong at the same time. If you plan on being rude, at least be correct about it. Grounding does consume a polymorph. It consumes fear and other direct CC as well. It wont consume a AOE snare, Fear, or anothing of that sort. It consumes a direct cast hostile spell. Polymorph is hostile. Take your time, I'll wait while you read this and get butt-flustered at your own STUPIDITY.

In 1.12.1 Drums of War Blizzard introduced the Battlegroup system. This allowed for more tight nit communities to form and allowed for active BGs all hours. Servers where grouped by time zone/location. Obviously with a BC launch, the Vanilla population would be hurt at first but would still keep activity. Let's think about what the best option would be for the Vanilla Servers. 1 EU Designated PVP Server 1 US Designated PVP Server Same battlegroup, same patch. This would keep the US, Brazil, Canadian, and South American players in a grouping. This would also keep the European players in a grouping allowing for a more static connection on both servers. Everyone has the same bracket of latency on each. Obviously in crossrealm pvp in BGs you are going to experience the EU players having an advantage due to considerably lower latency. This is something you can't really fix, without more money drained into it. A active battlegroup system would be a magnet for people, it is blizzlike, and it would be loved by many. In reference to Anathema, the fact that AQ was cleared so quickly and many guilds got bored of the farm of it was the issue. The drama with some GMs caused some anger too, the Alexsensual ordeal. A vanilla server with a 3k population is very good. People need to understand that. Anathema still maintains a raiding community at 1k, we have had 3 Ony groups going at once. The PVP is dead, and that is my only complaint on it. For this hinted BC launch, i would say having a battlegroup would be a great bonus, with 2 servers planned and a third overflow server. That is very far away. Not worth talking about.

Grounding totem works fine on Anathema, i would assume it works on Elysium too. I made this chart for you. The totem must be in range of you, and in range of the caster for it to function successfully. Having T1 3 set, or the talent helps out. Fire protection and windwall totem only need to be in range of you.
