Im trying to log in and have the 2F/A with authenticator on my phone. The problem is it wont let me log in it always says the acc, pw or PIN is wrong. I know my pw and acc name are well written as I can log in here. The problem comes with the ping for some reason it is always wrong. (Ive tried using the pin I had on the moment I clicked log in and even tried waiting for the pin to change and use that one). Im gonna keep trying but now after one try a popup comes out saying "call costumer service"

the window is on logging to the server. like if you get dcd you can already go back immediately if you were playing. the 2 hour thing is a server restart. if you have one every 8 hours then most people wont be able to play

If you get disconnected you can immediately log in.. dont know how much is the window time to aovid the queue but its enough to lets say a peepee trip to the bathroom. Server should restart every 2 hours. afkers will be kicked out for good and people that log out before the restart will be able to jump back in. afk problem solved.
