I would definitely say when it comes to RP, this rule change shouldn't affect you guys. You are playing on a different, but legitimate level than everyone else. Cross faction RP doesn't give anyone an upper hand or advantage

2FA requires you to enter a pin. I'd assume that you set it to only activate when your IP changes and am guessing your IP changed, which is what prompted the pin.

I can assure you that these two events are not associated with each other. A game master was likely using the rat in the white room to speak (they can do that), so you were speaking to a staff member.

Easiest way for a self check is to just disable all add-ons. And if that fixes it, just log in and out a couple times to isolate the exact addon causing this issue. This is most likely an add-on issue.

You should regain access of your account, and post a ban appeal if it is locked. Unfortunately, staff will not be able to reimburse your items lost, but do restore certain quest items. You can get those restored via in game ticket when your account is recovered.

Well, if you looked up multiboxing, you were brought to GM island because it looked like you were multiboxing. I'm sure they gave you a little test, and the outcome would depend if you were indeed multiboxing or not. What was the outcome of this incident?

I believe a large issue here that you don't account for is that there are not individual developers working on each server independently of each other. Instead, the developers are responsible for all servers. And obviously, as it is, Elysium has a higher concurrent populations than Anathema. I assure you if Anathema had a higher concurrent population, it would receive more attention than Elysium. What is happening here is simply a matter of allocating resources based on demand (population).

Okay, make sure the folder is in a place that admin can access all permissions (i.e. desktop) also try running wow.exe as admin. Let me know how that goes.

Try deleting wdb and wtf folder if you haven't already. This error usually means game isn't on the correct patch. It might be useful to look through your config.wtf file to see if there is anything obvious that is incorrect with it

You might need to check the previous quest if there is a quest chain, just a suggestion. A GM can check quest status in-game, if you can't figure what is going on, I'd recommend an ingame ticket

Would agree with this one. If staff can't monitor this for griefing and correct the spawn if griefing occurs, then other changes should be made to account for this. Maybe not 5-10 minutes, but something like half an hour would be much more reasonable than its current timer
