I think your idea is a terrible one, but if you are so sure about something as nonsensical as a server that wipes every 6 months, by all means go ahead and create one. I don't think anyone here would want to participate in a server like that.

They would know if their database has been compromised, and they definitely would tell players to change their passwords if it happened. The idea that they would cover up something like that is plain ridiculous. Here is a question for you - Have you ever played on any other private servers? Because there are many other private servers that no longer exist have their databases released and player information compromised. This is why they released 2-factor authentication, which any player with common sense who doesn't want their account compromised *cough* does. Just because passwords can be hacked doesn't mean that your password was hacked.

Now you are 100% incorrect there. Elysium has never experienced a database leak. People's passwords aren't leaked.

How do you detect a premade, in a logical, proof-based sense? That they are working together? I know it is obvious to see, but obvious to prove is a complete other story. If we go along your hypothetical of not allowing players to queue with a certain amount of people, how would we know if they aren't?

Try deleting your WDB and WTF folders. See how that works!

To be clear, you can't get in at all? Or just the first attempt? Try deleting your WDB folder, and also your WTF folder. Then try logging in again. (You will have to reconfigure your settings after doing this)

No, unfortunately there isn't much you can do to get your stuff back. I would suggest utilizing your professions or farming low leveled instances to get enough money, and then buy some greens off the AH. Additionally questing in your level can assist you in getting back your gear. Hope this helps!

Hello! While Perembula might be right in one aspect, he is wrong in another. If these players are using multiple toons, that is a direct violation of Elysium's Terms of Use under multiboxing. If you believe that they are multiboxing, in addition to wintrading, you have much easier grounds for further investigation on this matter. I can see the issue of GMs pursuing level 1 accounts for wintrading.. But if they are multiboxing and their IPs be traced, you have much more to work off of in this situation.

This happens to accounts that haven't been authenticated yet. You need to authorize it via e-mail to activate the account.
