Just because you donated money doesn't mean you should expect any form of elevated treatment. Account security is YOUR responsibility, not anyone elses. How difficult do you think it would be for someone to try to sell their account, then lie about it and say there were hacked? Game Masters are unable to tell if it's actually you or a hacker in your account.

You can put in an a Ban Appeal in the appropriate sub-forum, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I haven't heard of anyone getting their account back. Good luck. Pottu was the one that banned you.

I distinctly remember reporting you ingame for trying to sell your account. It isn't going to be restored.
