Outstanding guide. A few questions, Why do you spend so many points in Stance mastery as arms? do we need it? why? Isn´t it better to invest those points in improved parry? It would give us a little bit of survival plus dps (since parry resets swing timers) Same happened with mining, couldn´t level it past 50 or so. Also, I didn´t continue to level my herbalism because I got frustrated, since I couldn´t find more than 1 or 2 herbs every half an hour, specially in Elwyn forest. I will follow your advice and level cooking assap, I forgot how much the well fed status helps.

I have lurked around a little bit, but none provide detailed information from personal or raid leading experience, atleast in my opinion. Plus I see no post sticked that provide guides. Additionally, I didn´t find any factical proof about the viability of the spec.

That´s the thing, you wont be handicapped taking instances as fury. Prot is a must for endgame dungeons, like BRD, strath, etc. Of course that a prot warr will have an easier time tanking instances like SM, BRD and ZF, but it´s not required. You will spend more time doing outdoor content than instances.

This is really good guide for MT, but does anyone have a guide for dungeon tanking? Also, when should we stance dance? is thunder clap worth using? considering that we will be using it in Battle stance, generating a low deal of aggro with it.

You will have fun for like, half an hour maybe? then you will experience a endless pain and depression. Don´t get me wrong, you can do it, but it´s not viable at all. You will take forever to kill a mob, and it´s not like you need to be prot to tank instances until you hit BRD or so. There is just no reason to do it over fury or arms.

Gentlemen, First, I would like to thank the community for providing tips about leveling, such as specs and tactics. However, there is another aspect that has not been covered, which is Where to level. After lurking a little bit, I read that most warrior experts say that leveling a warrior is, most of the time, harder than other classes. Taking this into account, I have my doubts that most leveling guides apply literaly to us. So, could someone provide a guide that shows us where to quest/grind depending on our level? Right now im almost lvl 28. I finished every quests in Duskwood (except morben fe) so im leveling in Wetlands now. Where should I go after I finish this zone? Im playing on Nost PVP, so I would like to avoid STV, which is where most guides reccomend at lvl 30. Edit: I AM ALLIANCE Thanks

Right now im in Desolace, kinda happy. lvl 33 atm. I think im gonna run out of quests soon though. Im not sure about shimmering, because its a gankfest just like STV. In lvl 35 aprox I will move back to hillsbard, so I can do a few quests while I find groups for Scarlet Monestary.

It´s pretty bad. As alliance, you will find that horde loves to garrison the Stonewatch keep and kill lvl 20s around it. However, the ammount of ganks has lowered since the opening of the new server. It appears that some boring 60s decided to go level there.

With WF you can literally one shot people with a proc if you are using a slow weapon.

Thanks for the heads up. However, you should post screenshots that support your statement. Otherwise, it could be taken as a baseless accusation. Anyone could do it, damaging one´s reputation. He could aswell say the same thing about you.

Is it worth doing the quest for this armor? I ve seen the mats requerid for it and they demand a lot of foot traveling, specially when going to stonetalon mountains. If so, what about the quests that follow?

How hard can it be for them to give us an update on the situation?
