Similar to what has been stated in the multiple other posts regarding this issue, we do not handle ban appeals outside of it's specific section. Please submit an appeal HERE. We do not discriminate based on any physical factor. If you were banned, it was due to either an internal investigation or a GM witnessing you committing the act. Good luck on your appeal, and in the future please do not post character names/account names publicly, as it is against our ToS.

Locking thread! Basically what has been said above. As long as the money is clean, and was not obtained illegally (In a manner against out ToS), there is no issue.

As long as the gold was obtained by you in a non-illegal manner, (Purchasing it), you are free to send your gold as you please, or transfer it between characters.

With this in mind, friends/family members are free to assist you, as long as you, yourself, are not playing on two or more separate instances of the game.

We will be rolling out a (final) hot-fix for the gear that has remained in-game soon, which hopefully should completely remove the gear from all of our realms. It was obviously not something that was intended, and is on the top of our priority list to get resolved. I'd like to make that clear. Hey there. We do not offer character transfers, name changes, or race/appearance changes. All creation options are final.

All 1.12 clients will work for our server, regardless of where they are obtained. This means that as long as it is on patch 1.12, it will work.

To OP; This is not considered an exploit, and is allowed.

Thank you for your concern. Our IP and server host is widely known, and can be easily pinpointed by anyone by simply using a command in your cmd prompt. We're working directly with our hosting company to mitigate these attacks, and bring service back up to it's full potential as soon as possible. The situation is not that we have anything specifically against any of our players using the models, but that our current anti-cheat system specifically looks for changes in game files. It's difficult to distinguish, in some circumstances, between your sexy new orc model, and another file that is meant to give you an advantage. If our Warden/Anti-cheat system catches you, regardless of what you're editing and for what reason, more often than not you will be unable to appeal for an unban.
