For future reference, these two lines ; SET realmList "http://logon.elysium-project.org" SET realmName "http://logon.elysium-project.org" Should be these, respectively. SET realmList "logon.elysium-project.org" SET realmName "Elysium" Both of these lines are found in your WTF folder. If you have not already, I would recommend downloading and joining our discord. Feel free to toss me a PM if you need any further assistance.

We are aware of the issue. If you get the "call customer support" error, simply logout, clear WDB, and proceed. For some, you may be able to just logout, and log back in. -
^. Unfortunately our policy allows us only to restore "raid tier items" with appropriate proof, or unique items from completed quests. My sincerest apologies! As the thread was created over a week ago, going to go ahead and lock it to prevent further "bumps".

Enter your WoW directory, and find the folder titled "WTF". Inside will be two files, one of them will be named "Config.wtf", or "Config". Inside this file will be a massive string of words, you want to look for "SET gxResolution "(Graphics setting.)" For example, mine is in this format: SET gxResolution "1360x768" You're going to want to replace the numbers inside the quotation marks with your desired resolution. IE; SET gxResolution "1920x1200" for 1080p. Good luck!

Please submit an in-game ticket so one of our GM'S can further investigate. Don't worry about bogging them down! That's what they're here for. Normally reports like these only take a moment. Remember to always include imgur Screencast, makes the process much smoother. -
Albeit rarely, our anti-spam system sometimes can false flag words or phrases, most often when trading, selling or recruiting. Simply watch what you say in the future, and be aware that most of these mutes are temporary. Any mute exceeding an hour should be submitted as a ticket so GM's can further investigate your issue.

Locking this topic. Firstly, I'd like to make it clear that since we have launched our 2FA program, 99.99% of hacking occurs on non-2FA secured accounts. This is one of the main reasons we are pushing all accounts to be secured by it. To OP; Xerox is correct. We do not restore gold to hacked accounts in most circumstances. With this in mind, please submit a ticket in-game so we can further investigate your compromised account. Regardless, I'd like to apologize for the inconvenience, and wish you luck.

PLEASE make limited recipes from vendors BoP to stop farming!

It's a part of the game. Similar to rare mobs, recipes (Armor and weapons as well!) sold from vendors are made BoE to create demand for them, specifically from collectors or individuals looking to make a pretty penny.
