*shows off his druidbar fanshirt* :D Thanks for the guide indeed! The video was a pleasure to watch. My cat dps is far from optimal, it's inspiring to see and read about the possibilities.

ok, are you kidding me?! Just go ONE revision later: http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Dodge?direction=next&oldid=347957 Edit: Sorry for my harsh reaction, it's not personal. I am just shocked how unreliable wowwiki is ;)

the problem is, wowwiki is a really bad source. People were horrible in reverse engineering coefficents and I doubt the numbers you quoted from this post are valid. Are there other sources?

Legacy Gaming Network — A New Chapter Begins...

qft Why do they not just work together with one of the many Mangos forks and use github and everyone is happy. I guess it's about power and influence. They should say that at least :P -
Since the hotfix, my German client shows some strange names for items. I was standing in Eastern Plaguelands during Hotfix and Plaguebloom (Pestblüte) is now named Trauermoos. This name was introduced with Cataclysm and the overhaul of the old world. o.O I also recognized wrong item names regarding alchemy vials. I guess there is more to discover. Note: For testing purposes, I have logged on a fresh 1.12 client with deleted WTF/WDB folders and the same problem still occures.

Possible Q&A with Tyche (Lead CM), give me your questions.

Oh noes! Please don't force people to convert to TBC in the future. Please create new realms and maybe merge the old ones. But please make it optional, not necessary :O -
Greetings! I recently stumbled across differences in cat/bear base attack power on stock MaNGOS compared to the values on Elysium (Darrowshire to be precise). I will show you the differences with screenshots (I was too lazy to switch to an English client, excuse me please for that): 1) bear 2) cat Both screenshots have been taken without any buffs and without any talents distributed. The question I have is the following: Were do these values come from? Is there any reliable vanilla WoW source for these base values which Elysium uses? I think the difference of these values is quite impactful and I would sleep better, if I knew, that the comparatively low values of Elysium are true to the vanilla WoW values. What do you think?

@K0pasz: Thanks for your finding! So it is quite likely to be just a wrong calculation on MaNGOS. I would still love to find a source for the values, but that's maybe too much :D @Wortgewandt: Are you sure, that this is the case? I have just resetted my talents again (ouch, 15 gold now) and this is the comparison shot: It looks like Heart of the Wild is working fine for me. Am I missing something?

Is this even allowed? This is the most blatant clickbait I have seen in a long time. Are you not able to collect questions from two sources? You should give people the choice, if they want to click your video in addition, but not as a requirement. -
I enjoy the game as feral tank/dps in raids/dungeons. There is nothing wrong about not being resto. But resto is also a very cool spec with many facets. You can talent deep resto for Swiftmend, you can also focus on Regrowth and Rejuvenation HoTs. Or you spec Moonglow for the best Healing Touch efficency. Gear choices (Spirit vs MP/5 vs +heal vs ...) only amplify the complexity of druid resto. You can try a hybrid spec for leveling and play around with the different aspects of the druid class. This way you can find out which playstyle you prefer. There is no reason to be pessimistic for the future: Every druid spec can do leveling, raids, dungeons and pvp. The game is 12 years old and people clear content on release date, all the prejudices about the druid class are time-withered.

Oh no, don't open that door please. Elysium is not a fun server, instead it follows the philosophy to be true to the originial vanilla experience. Feral in vanilla is about versatility. You can resurrect the 1300 dps warrior infight after he has died due to overaggroing. Enjoy that! And after that you can throw Innervate on a priest, basically giving him/her ~4000 more mana for that fight. You even have Hurricane and Tranquillity at your disposal, which are often underused. Add dispells, offheals, great offtanking (even in average cat gear including weapon switching infight), some neat buffs and so on. You are not a dps class, you are a hybrid class. A true hybrid class, with Blizzard's "Hybrid Tax" included. And to quote myself from the original discussion about the bug: A last hint: As far as I am informed, Elysium had fixed the weapon damage bug before Nostalrius merge, so I am confident that this issue will be fixed soon. However, there are other bugs, which need to be fixed, too. That's something I can finally agree with you :p

I informed many people on Darrowshire Horde and nobody really listens. Many of them even have excuses like "I have bought my Warden Staff with that enchant" or "I don't read the forum" Feel free to +1 my bug report for more relevance: https://elysium-project.org/bugtracker/issue/1088 Oh and regarding official response... Pottu already made an official response here. I doubt that the teams stance changed since Elysium-Relaunch: https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=36377&start=30#p269579

Just for clearing things up: temporary +weapon damage items like Weightstones and +weapon damage enchantments still work unfortunately.

yeah, these facts about armor are right and I can promise you, that these values of base armor are almost impossible to reach. If you have shamans and priests in your raid, you will have the "Inspiration"-Buff (25% more armor on critical heals for a short duration) most of the time, which even caps you to 75% when you are in blue bis preraid gear ;) Barkskin doesn't interact with the armor cap at all. For example, if you take 100 damage and are armor capped, you still take 25 damage. In this case, Barkskin reducdes the damage by additional 5 (20% of 25), so you take 20 damage. Barkskin is a useful spell for tanks nevertheless!

Druid Mana while Shapeshifted No Longer Visible using AddOns???
Mahtan replied to holeHeartless's topic in Druid
To fix your addons: go to your WTF folder, inside that is a folder with your account name, inside THAT is a folder called nostalrius PVE. rename the nost PVE folder Darrowshire, then start the game. Obv close the game first. Switch Darrowshire with the new Nost PvP Server name if you are playing there. Ignore my message if you play on one of the two new realms.
