Nobody is telling you anything, you do what you desire, but the fact remain, ret paladin aren't viable for Raid. Like i said, if a guild accept you, good for you, heck im jealous, i'd love to raid as ret, but i'm someone competitive and i'd rather play a proper spec that can have a real impact on the raid, and not be a liability. Don't expect to top the charts as ret and be invited to every single group at 60, the majority of the players base will not accept you, that is a simple fact.

communication is always a good thing, nobody can argue that. I've been playing here since Elysium launch, and the staff have handled every problem extremely professionally honestly. they've been trying to fix every problems, perhaps not in the best way possible, but at least they're trying, and they will learn from them. Nost script weren't very good to begin with, the majority of the player base are playing here, cause the population is here, under Nostalrius banner. Now we must stand together, and stand behind Elysium until blizzard get their act together, nobody want to go back to K1 or K2 or feenix, and threat such as ''I'm not gonna give Elysium a 3d chance'' aren't really anything constructif or even remotely useful for the community or Elysium. Elysium staff are one of the few servers not trying to make money off this and doing this with professionalism, wish is exactly what we need as a community to get any proper respect from anyone.

Then again, if you out dps anyone as a ret paladin, your guild members are doing something wrong, and progression will suffer for it. I'm sure you can out dps any noobs my friend, but imagine how much more you'd out dps them with a proper dps spec. any decent players will wreck you on the dmg meter.

Ret is purely RNG, does poor dps and bring no value whatsoever, you can't off tank, your healing is very shitty if you're using proper ret gears. You bring absolutely nothing that a holy paladin can bring, Nightfall can be argued, but off tank with it are probably better anyway. i don't want to break anyone dream, but that the truth. :(, if you find a guild that accept you, good for you, but you'll be nothing but a liability.

I hope they won't shutdown nosts realms.... we've wasted way to much times on our characters to simply leave them....

The Queu we're 10k wednesday, and it 5k this saturday. There as been changes and 5k is a big попа change tbh.

they're the best healers in the game PvP wise, arguably the best in PvE. Learn how to fake cast and use blessing of sacrifice and you'll be every dps best friends in PvP.

Raiding as ret is just a waste of a proper dps spot, anyone saying otherwise is deluded, level ret, go holy at 60. pvp is another matter, ret can be viable for PvP solo q, but don't expect invite to many premade unless you know the people and they know you can be effective.

a new server is nothing but good news.

The disconnect at character creation wasn't been fixed, or something is wrong ;(
