That's crazy. Haven't seen it yet myself - then again i've always been more of a wild-west type when playing in such a crowd.

This is a very defeatist mentality. Are we supposed to just bend over, submit willfully with our tails between our legs - playing in the shadows forever? I, for one, do not believe so. Let Blizzard watch as their big name streamers suddenly disappear suspiciously post-launch. Let them watch as a no-name Russian laughs in their face by taking the top spot on Twitch for hours on end. Surely they must learn something from all these blatant acts of defiance. /end rant

I can see the 'population difference' argument making a lot of sense. Seems like there are a lot of (vocal) purists when it comes to their expectations of a vanilla server - regardless of the quality of life improvement that may be provided from such a thing being implemented. In the end i doubt it will be added. Just a bit of devil's advocate here - what comes from rare spawns that is so important anyway?

Xashe is right. If you've ever seen any oldschool/nost PvP videos you'll notice they are constantly switching between reflection trinkets/using incapacitate grenades/ sap charges to break stealth. Without these things you will be at a hearty disadvantage overall.

Those who say it will ruin the PvP scene outright - you're just wrong. People who are going to PvP are going to do so regardless of how you feel about a perceived imbalance.
