Seems to be double posting for us.

First time I watched it there was no audio for some reason. But still hard for me to see the botting. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for f***ing up a botter, but mage food/drink is free so why not use it after every fight if you need it or not? Just looks to me like a mage trying to play and a couple of rogues griefing him. The video is too short to see if there is a loop in the pattern or if he's just going around random attacking. I know sometimes I hit the wrong key like the mage when he blinked. If we saw the same blink for no reason the second time around then for sure it's a bot but we need a longer video to watch for it.

Where is the botting?

Stitches was added in patch 1.11.1.7272. Nost was a later version. Elysium is before that patch. Same reason why there is no fishing pools anymore.
