Has anything happened yet? Did he log off to get mats from an alt or just steal your stuff? I would make an ingame ticket and also talk to his guild leader and see what kind of a person he is and let his guild know. Or ask around in chat to see if anybody else had done business with him before.

I always get a kick out of these guys that say "Enjoy your ban". "You know, there is always this kind of player who don't want to share anythings" -- Is this you that you are talking about? That's what i see in the video. You taking everything and not sharing then running by another group that you killed showing you didn't share those either.
