New guild on Elysium transferred from Illidan, Burning Blade, & Tichondrius. Known for our veteran raiders and our incomparable guild structure.
Acceptance into our raid roster is extremely competitive. Progression spots are only given to the top performing raiders. All of our raiders have a progression mindset and believe the key to excellence is having a strong bench. No core progression spot is permanent. Therefore, if you are applying you must share the forward thinking mindset we embrace and truly devote yourself to the guild, not your individual character. With that in mind, you can put your confidence in our Guild Councils devotion to set exemplary leadership.
Raid Information & What we expect
Our Raid Times:
Tuesdays- 8:00pm-11:00pm Central Standard Time (CST)
Wednesdays- 8:00pm-11:00pm Central Standard Time (CST)
How we distribute loot:
We use a Loot Council system to divvy out loot which is given to players based on performance (simulations, stat weights, DPS performance comparison) and attendance.
Trial Period:
Once you are accepted into Cadence you will be given the rank of a trial. The trial period is taken very seriously and lasts 1 full raid lockout. If you join mid-week your trial will begin on the following lockout (Tuesday to Monday *7days*). It is required by all trials to know all encounters front to back, be fully enchanted/stat optimized, and have all raid materials available to them for each raid night. You must have the ability to take criticism and adapt to the changes of the game i.e spec changes, stat optimization changes, etc. As a Trial, you are not permitted to roll on any loot that drops unless all of the core raiders do not need that piece of gear. It should also be noted that during your trial period you must be online and available for the entirety of our raid times.
Attendance Requirements:
Progression raiders must maintain a 90% or higher attendance rate. Raiders on the bench/sub raiders must also hold a 70% attendance rate. Neglecting this rule will result in a 1-2 week probation period. If you cannot make a raid you must notify the guild by posting on our Facebook group at least 24 hours before raid (Unforeseen circumstances and Emergencies are exempt from this rule). Every raider must be contactable by social media, or phone number.
