What is the problem with you people? Have you even read the Terms of Use Agreement ? https://forum.elysium-project.org/topic/21966-terms-of-use-rules-regulations/ When you started playing on the Elysium servers you agreed to those terms and it clearly states that you are responsible for account security. It doesn't matter if you are able to have full control over the security or not, you AGREED that you are responsible. End of story.

It is possible in retail. There you also pay a monthly fee that covers the cost for having paid staff working to care for customers that make mistakes or have regrets. Due to that type of arrangement you could say that you as a customer in retail you are "entitled" to receive a certain amount of service, while it's a bit much to expect here.
