This is an unprecedented LOW in wow private servers. I am livid at what this boy is being allowed to get away with. Good thing his subscribers have started dropping on YT. Why do i think that the punishment should be more severe? Well, Dodgy bought 50 gold and got banned. Alex charged back $1000 and is encouraging others to also do chargebacks and his consequence for this action is the same as the one that Dodgy got? I think it ought to be stronger than a Ban to teach him that scamming $1000 can get you in serious trouble. Man if somebody personally and intentionally screwed you over for $1000, you will not rest until Justice is settled.

My original post was proposing a Sisyphus type of punishment for his $1000 chargeback. I don't care about the point's he makes. It's his opinion. People from his country have a right to speak what they want, but not a single country grants the right to scam people.

@Henceforth look at my posts on different threads on this forum. I have spoken out against Alex's financial scamming of real life money from his donors. In addition, not only did he screw over the developers by making them in debt y $1000 with his chargeback after they had already paid and relied on that money to extend server hosting, he is now encouraging others to do the same and chargeback all their donations. He is threatening a private server GAME that is >10 years old with real life money. Not even Blizzard went as far as using real $ as a leverage against those servers. I have a BIG moral problem with someone financially abusing a team of volunteer developers who are providing ~40k players with free entertainment. Regarding the "corruption" and witchhunts. I dont know and I dont care. When I log on Elysium, I have fun with my limited time. What others have done and the services they have purchased has not effected my enjoyment of the game in any shape or form. His logic and his deductions are full of classical argument flaws. This guy is uneducated and relies on pathos to make a point. I will not APOLOGIZE for having a moral objection to his financial actions against the volunteers. However, I do wish him to find a girlfriend that's a strict vegan non-GMO gluten free whole foods eater and a spiritual-but-not-religious LGBTQIAAA yoga practitioner and instagram celebrity.

I don't follow. I was proposing a clearly logical and thought out plan for the consequences of Alex's destructive behavior towards the server and the legacy community. Your response was off topic with 0 critique on my plan, but instead questioned my personal sexual preferences.

Dear Elysium staff, This is a request to ban the characters of Alexensual for an unprecedented money scam on both the Server and the Players. He has financially threatened and abused the server with his $1000 chargeback. That is unprofessional, immature, and a clear sign of maleficence. Second, he has Scammed players of the community: he advertises a "fundraiser for elysium" and generates $1000. He does NOT do an automatic refund to the people that contributed to the fundraiser. He is only refunding those who ask him for it. Therefore, he is pocketing fundraising money that he promised to donate. Who knows, maybe with this "fundraiser" he is pocketing between $800-$500 from money that he does NOT refund to the players that donated to him. Financial abuse is a red line. Please do not allow someone that has used dollars as a weapon against you to stay on the server. He WILL come around and hurt you again. Just look at how he acts towards Kronos & Nostalrius servers in his flaming videos. Lastly, THANK YOU devs for all the fun you've provided us all. Zosyn, a player that just wants to enjoy this damn game without suffering from a dramaqueer accepting 80k gold in trade or financially pressuring a team of hardworking volunteers.

Community colleges in USA offer 1 credit hour for $100. Maybe you live on the west coast/Midwest/east coast where prices are sky high.

Alex cannot handle Windows Movie Maker so I wouldn't entrust him with the most populated vanilla server's website. People can say what they want. He is from the land of the free and should tolerate that. However No country allows scamming. People on Ebay/Amazon get sued for inappropriate refunds. Hell, even insurance companies have been giving out refunds because of scams.

Yup. This is why I believe that the GMs ought to punish real-life scamming. Dodgykebaab bought gold and he got banned. Look at how classy and professional dodgy acted after getting banned and he even apologized to the community and continued making helpful and honest videos on server. Dodgy's offense is a puddle of water. Alex's is a tsunami. We're talking about $1000, not gold. This is money enough to cover a few courses in a college.
