Sorry you had to find out that way. Unfortunately the site is a little misleading, Nostalrius insisted that Elysium stop using their databases and what not, so they halted all future transfers indefinitely.

I went ahead and deleted my wtf and tried a fresh install, didn't change any graphics options, and this issue still resides. Interesting.

I can confirm that I also suffer from this bug. Doesn't matter which client I seem to download. It's the only reason why I'm playing an Undead mage instead of a Troll mage.
