it didnt work for me and then i got a 38 day mute and a few minutes after i was banned, created and account to see if my chars where online and it turns out they are. so im figuring gold sellers have gotten a hold of my account.

i feel so bad for you dude, i just discovered my account was hacked and now im banned because of a gold seller.

This happened to me yesterday, when i logged in today i was muted for 38 days, and then i was banned. I just had the same thing happen to me, it turned into a ban. I'm suspecting its because the terms of service have changed. A lot of profanity can get you banned hopefully you can get it appealed if you explain your situation. let me know if you have any luck!
