Yes, but also there is a phantom box (outlined in red) where even if I butt up the text but not overlapping the buttons on the right i can no longer click on the button bar. It's rare for the tracker to change locations for me, but I'm more concerned with there being an invisible box to the right of the tracker.

So I'm not sure if this has been addressed already or will be. But I noticed something strange the last few days The quest log takes up approx that much space regardless of text size so as you can see if I have to too far right, it covers over my bar on the right and I have to move it. for some reason, it likes to keep moving over to the right

When is 4.0 expected to be released?
