    Ouro still not fixed. not sure if the fixes were applied or not yet but he's still the same soul sucking worm as last week. Sand Blast hasnt changed at all.

    Not according to github. Getting fixed and you're abusing the bug. Even denying it is just too rich. You and your guild will probably have GMs watching you now to make sure Mr innocent theoloras doesn't bug abuse again this Thursday in AQ40. Kekekekekek Don't get banned kid, it would be too comical if you did. After all the mud you sling to other guilds. Big daddy pottu will be watching.

  12. Seal twisting exists due to spell delay on all spells in the game. Elysium didn't implement this and by doing so would break the entire spell system in the game currently. The only servers replicating the spell delay from retail vanilla and tbc are crestfall and that TBC project evolve is in. (Forgot the name) Trust me, feenix did a hackfix for seal twisting because they knew the horrors laying in wait for adding in a global spell delay for all spells. Aside from seal twisting, multi rank judgements don't exist. Seal twisting does but due to blizzard retail servers being slow as balls and having a delay (400ms) on all spells casted. Replicating that will be a project and a half. But go ahead and put the bug report in. Not sure what they can do to replicate the behavior aside from adding a spell specific delay to pally seals which could produce some fun results. However, it won't be 100% blizzlike because every other spell would be missing the same behavior...
  13. TF proc gives threat equivalent to a sunder armor. More procs means more static threat generation. Also more aoe threat as well. SoR +TF would create more procs and chain lightning mobs. So in theory, more or less. Depending on the application. For aoe, a pally would get a bigger boost with TF vs. Warrior. In ST, that would have to be compared to a warrior spamming abilities and being hit capped etc. So ST is debatable but warrior would probably be higher in that regard due to the class having +threat abilities and modifiers to their stance etc. But again, the best aoe threat is from the FRD shield.
  14. Okay so then SoR is generating extra proc chance then for TF. Much higher than from white attacks alone. If someone thinks that's incorrect they can make a report and showcase why. I have more important things to research than TF and SoR behavior.
  15. Now do it 500 times to get the net average of procs. Then 500 times without SoR net average and compare the two results. If SoR has more procs and a higher net average, then SoR gives more procs from TF. This test will determine if TF proc is ppm based or flat proc chance with no ICD. And whatever the results are, If people want to debate it being wrong, they can also make a github report about it. ☺ /end of debate.
  16. Yes please do. And if you find that SoR does NOT proc TF on Elysium and it should, report it on the github then go from there to getting it fixed. Then you are 1 step closer to getting it fixed because you already have a tested application on the server showing the data and difference.
  17. This is why private servers are complete messes with infactual information being spewed around. Does SoR proc TF? Test it and find out. Download proc watch and white hit the servants in blasted lands for a total of 500 hits melee and 500 SoR. Then do the same test without SoR. Bring a healer friend to keep you alive and look at the data afterwards. This test alone would solve this absurd debate on if it is better on a pally or a warrior. (Just to be neutral here even though I know the benefits of warrior in tanking) Instead of posting dumb videos, do some testing and come back with the results to showcase the evidence Duki. Then you can argue SoR gives more procs on a pally theoretically. Takes maybe 20mins of your time. Less time arguing with mongoloids on the internet.

Thunderfury is based off a PPM. doesnt matter how many hits you do in under a minute. the total procs will be over an Average amount. most procs go off this same system to account for slower/faster weapons including haste effects to melee (flurry/slicendice) otherwise you would be spamming procs with super fast hits and slower hits would be punished and not benefit from the proc effect. download the proc watch addon and hit a mob in blasted lands with and without SoR(the ones that dont die, the servents). you'll see a net average amount of procs being near the same for both tests.

  22. my head hurts from reading these replies. Molten core mobs hit like wet noodles. you dont need min/max mitigation. warrior tank specs change based on content available and what buffs are available. for MC? you can basically guarentee full world buffs the entire instance meaning speccing around that modifier would increase TPS and clear speed. BWL = more mitigation until you get t2 and etc, then you can start changing back to massive TPS + clear speed. you only need full mitigation for certain encounters which become piss ez once you do it a few times. I take Snides guide as a guide to clearing MC fast and thats how you spec your tank warrior to do so (as long as your raid can keep up with it). the faster things die, the less damage you take overall. Snide even explains why he chooses certain builds for certain occasions. the 4/5 unbridled + 5/5 cruelty without impale is great for STARTER 60 tanks with no gear or heavy tank gear that just saps their TPS capability in 5mans. the 5% crit and extra rage from unbridled+AM gives that undergeared tank the opportunity to DO TPS in heavy starter mitigation gear where he would otherwise die in 5 hits with 5k hp buffed. the 17/3/31 impale spec is ideal for Late MC/BWL/AQ and beyond. the only thing that changes with that spec is certain talents in the prot tree. for bwl, extra defense will help on chrom/nef. for AQ, imp SB helps lock down Giant Eyes on c'thun etc. you just tailor the build to what is needed to the content you're clearing. but the principle stays true. 5/5 tac mastery to get AM gives static rage generation overtime even during blood rage b4 pulls. another concept is the more mitigation gear you have to avoid damage, the less rage generation you have overall. this is where AM makes up the loss from that generation. there is no "1 spec fits all scenario". tailor your warrior to the encounter. if you feel like geheness hits like a noodle cup, put on dps gear. if you feel like golemagg hits like a dumptruck, throw on some more mitigation gear, use more consumables etc. a tank that can adapt to every encounter is what you want to be, not a drone who follows online guides to the T and expects X results. experiment to optimize your playstyle and character for mass gains. never rage starve yourself as a tank.. or you will eventually kill your raid with terrible TPS gain on fights in BWL(ones with threat drops)
