No GM / Admin here to help ? :( I don't want to loose my account.

Hey! yea you're right it's a must have. But is there no way to delete it? I mean, if an admin could delete the 2FA for my acc and i would prove that i'm the owner of it there is no problem..am i right? Ouch, my god damn english..:D greetings

In advance: My english is not so good - i'm sorry! The situation: Today i got a smartphone crash and a following reset. Now i cant login anymore because my 2FA is gone. Also i've no backup code or something like that. There is not much to loose with the account (3 chars, highest lvl 30+) so i mean he's not stolen or someth. I can prove that i'm the owner(Pic's of the E-Mails for Account-reg. or ingame pic's). What can i do now? Thanks for your help!
