How many rank 10+ players do you see killing flight masters on a regular basis? Making them give DK's does nothing.

Trying to patch the game mechanics and abilities alongside content patches would be next to impossible. There are very few credible sources to show how mechanics worked in each version of the game, which is why abilities all stay on the 1.12.1 version. It would be a waste of dev resources to work on them even if there were credible sources showing how they all worked in each patch.

You don't need to worry about the TBC realm if you don't want to play there. Characters are going to be copied, not moved, so you can just play on Anathema indefinitely if you want.

You're going to need to supplement it with hit gear since only the legs has 1% hit on them from the set.

Haven't tried learning that one. Some pet abilities take longer to learn than others, though. Nothing you can do but keep using the pet and having it use the ability. Also, make sure you're in range of your pet while it's using it.

Rend didn't really become useful until Wrath when they made Overpower proc from it (which is still the best version of Arms IMO).

I'm aware that raiding as Arms isn't typically ideal due to MS taking a debuff slot (and because Fury is just better), but from what I understand, MS is a low priority debuff and should be overwritten. Is that legit or am I mistaken?

Oh, I'm well aware dual wielding is better (I'm Alliance). I'm mainly just trying to figure out my alt warrior. I'll be running farm content on him since my main doesn't need anything at this point and paying respec fees on an alt for farm content is FeelsBadMan.

So if the raid boss is already maxed out on the number of debuffs, wouldn't the MS debuff not get applied at all since it's a lower priority? It makes sense that it might overwrite one that's on the same priority or lower. I wonder how many debuffs there are that apply to that.

Correct. The view distance was cut down in order to reduce lag...which was there in the first place because of the overpopulation. Same underlying problem with a different end result.

No reason you can't do both, really. Start working on pre-raid BiS items starting in your low 50's. If you do lots of dungeons from 50-60 you'll have a decent amount of blue gear once you hit 60, then you can start popping BG's right off the bat. You're going to get targeted and blown up quickly since you're a healer, but there's no reason you can't start queuing right at 60. As a healer you'll be doing more good for your team as a fresh 60 than say a fresh 60 warrior or something.

Vollfos your entire argument is "well I have better gear and others can get better gear so it doesn't need to be updated." That's not even an argument, it's just you being against it because it does nothing for you. Updating the gear does nothing for me either since I have access to much better loot, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be updated so it's not complete garbage for the people who do get it.

The reason is to reward people ranking with something that isn't useless. Where people use the items doesn't matter.

Is there any way to force an update of the rankings? Edit: Nevermind, just noticed the post above about targeting yourself and re-opening. That seems to work.

So? The only real place where that would really matter is MC, and who cares about MC? If you're having trouble clearing MC having the set bonuses from the blue gear isn't going to make the difference.
