You also need to spam any FD/Trap macros. Since you can't set traps while you're laying down, you can't FD and then lay it. You basically have to do both at the same time, so spamming a macro that enables both talents is the only way to do it. I'd say it works 90% of the time if you're fast as hitting it.

Yeah, pretty much this, unless you want a specific skin. Leveling pets that are significantly lower than you is a pain. It's only really worth it for the top tier pets (BT, Lupos, etc.).

You can ignore/drop it. The later Hunter quests aren't in yet on Elysium/ZK, so you can't get them until later patches anyway.

It's not normal, no. Try taming a pet, get its happiness up and then logout. Maybe logging out will make the pet stick.

You have to kill enemies his level, not yours. He'll gain XP from mobs your level obviously, but it's not required. Grind mobs 2-3 levels above your pet's current level for maximum efficiency. It's going to take some time to get him to 60.

First two require 35, the ones from Lucien require 36 and 38. Only thing I can think of.

Cool. Your original point was that you needed two accounts in order to talk to the opposing faction in the original game, which I proved isn't true. How popular the forums were makes zero difference.

I said a large part of the active population, not a lot of the population. The WoW forums were actually very popular back in the day. They became less important as other forms of communication came about and when they re-designed the forums to be in the terrible state they are now. Go back and watch some of the old PvP videos, lots of them show forum posts and conversations as the basis of their video (I know Roguecraft and one of Swifty's first videos both do, off the top of my head).

Again, not true. A large part of the active population used the forums, and if you're farming devilsaurs, you'd be an active part of the server, so it's fair to say these types of players would have been on the forums back in the day. Either way, that doesn't even matter. The fact is Blizzard had communication tools setup for you to discuss things with anyone on your server, opposing faction included. Choosing not to use those was up to the player, but they existed (as did Vent).

You clearly weren't playing back then, because the forums constantly had conversations between players of both factions on the same realm. Everyone knew and talked to players on both sides if you were active on the server. Hell, premades and world battles used to get organized on the forums all the time.

I have a career, pets and a girlfriend. I hit 60 in about two months, and that includes not playing the game at all for 2.5 weeks when I moved cross-country. Six months is an incredible exaggeration. Leveling is a large part of vanilla and should remain 1x.

My guess is you'll need to re-do the escort and turn it into Tirion when he's spawned at the end of it.

Going after Horde in the Hillsbrad farms is cheap. :p Lockout on the Druid was pretty good. No idea what that Undead Rogue was doing for a while there.
